Dog House

My Comments:

Pretty nice abode for fido. Size it to the size of your dog. As size increases, would need a stronger frame. A big dog would tear up a weak house. The feet make this design "float" above the ground. That would help with cold and hot weather in keeping the floor from approaching either extreme. Same type of house could be right on the ground if that's the way you would like it. Again, the look can be yours. Stain it, leave it natural, paint it. The house pictured uses sheet wood with the "paneling grooves". Could use flat plywood. Could use individual boards, horizontal or vertical. A real roof could be on the house (shingles or cedar shims, or metal - watch the heat with metal roof outside) or just wood as shown.
