My Comments:

Nice grouping. As is or painted as shown. Height (and width and depth) is variable. If got much higher, would need to widen base also or the planters would tip over easily. The whole concept could be one piece also, less "re-arranging" possibilities, but might be better for your setting. More shelves, less shelves.
