My Comments:

Pretty basic here. Paint it, don't, stain it, don't, whatever suits you. I don't do the fixtures or electric, just the wood. Style shown is basic but "trim", etc., could vary to relate to other features of your specific environment. As shown, would "tip" pretty easy unless adhered to the deck. Depending upon your desired use, that would have to be considered. If not "tied down" would need wider base and / or lots of bottom weight.
